Jobs Responsibility:
- Guarantee membership admission and cancellation at kendro/somiti, comprising Loan Program, Loan Offer, Savings Transfer and Repayment, Microfinance Loan Data, and Membership Protection Fund Participants’ seating in the kendro/somiti, receipt of members’ signatures in the Resolution Book, and confirmation of participants’ presence I’ll make a note of it in the resolution book.
- Following the organization’s unique rules in the branch region, communicating with the local public and target group, and assessing prospective consumers’ credit worthiness
- Fill out the loan application form using somiti resolution and double-check that the information is accurate.
- As far as the staff is concerned, execute all tasks, such as the weekly entrance and exit balance on the collecting sheet of all the kendro/somitis.
- Ensure that the member’s collections are correctly and punctually deposited at the branch office.
- To choose participants based on the features of the group’s lending institution and to take steps to integrate them into the organizational setting.
- Establish the organization in the sight of all members. in order, fill out the member admission form according to the group’s decision, and submit it to the branch manager for final recognition.
- After the organization has been recognized, all of the members’ funds are placed.
- Organize kendro gatherings on specified times and days throughout the week. Maintaining discipline in the KEDRO meeting to collect installments and savings, including loan and savings passbooks and collecting seat entry.
- Return to the branch after the conclusion of the KEDRO meeting and deposit the money collected in the office according to the organization’s guidelines.
- To avoid delinquent loans, timely and efficient follow-up and monitoring is required.
- The Branch Manager is responsible for all of its functions.
- To carry out any other relevant responsibilities as and when allocated by the Authority.
