Jobs Responsibility:
- Complete and total control over all branch locations in terms of administrative and facilities management.
- Maybe once every quarter, make a visit to a division: Perform a proactively facility tour to detect maintenance requirements.
- Responsibility for local inspections to ensure that the general maintenance of the office and its technology is in good working order.
- Takes care of all crises and ensures that appropriate support is accessible so that remedial action may be taken as needed.
- Monitoring Annual/preventive repair of all machinery, including air conditioners, stabiliser, Inverters, Generators, Cameras, Safety Panel, Aquagaurd, date stamp machines, and so on, is performed by corporation suppliers.
- Perform semi-annual branches analyses based on employer safety and fire safety requirements.
- Security staff and Facility Maintenance Companies should be trained. Supplier personnel are responsible for all responsibilities as outlined. Supervising and organizing everyday activities, including technological counseling to junior managers and semi-skilled personnel, is a top management role.
