Jobs Responsibility:
The Insurance Expert Director collaborates with network administrators to increase the capacity and performance of Premier relationship managers (RM). The Insurance Specialized Manager supports the capacity and capability of network managers to assist in emerging RMs who are able to provide an exceptional customer experience to our valued Prestigious clients. Joint appointment, portfolio review, and training/coaching remain one of the core responsibilities of network managers. The Insurance Specialist Manager will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding and development of new RMs as well as increasing the productivity of our existing RMS. Specialists work collaboratively with RM line managers, with a strong emphasis on coaching.
- Work closely with network administrators to offer fourth intercostal assignment, portfolios assessment, and coaching assistance to RMs in order to build a sustainable Premium and wealth sales force and dramatically enhance sales productivity.
- Assist RMs in increasing customer happiness, sales excellence, relevant product penetration, and the depth of the client’s engagement with HSBC, all while guaranteeing profitable scalability and revenue per client.
- Provide technical assistance in your field of expertise.
- Assist network managers in conveying the Premier and Wealth strategies, as well as RMs in achieving need fulfillment, involvement, and productivity in the insurance needs area.
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years of expertise in a comparable sector.
- PCE and CEILI certifications are available.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate closely with management and the relationship manager in terms of driving, monitoring, directing, and business strategy development.
- Organize, create, and lead Bancassurance business strategy for the region/branches under supervision.
- Pleasant personality, upbeat attitude, quick learner, team player, motivated, and self-sufficient.
- English, Bahasa Malaysia, and any other language are preferred but not necessary.
