Jobs Responsibility:
- The Head of Finance & Feasibility will report to the Chief Executive, Finance. In overall, the candidate will be able to assist the team in successfully completing their tasks by participating in activities such as the preparation of various periodic / ad-hoc reports, preserving relationships with various stakeholders, and maintaining various logs on the group’s asset & responsibility role, cash balance, cashflows, accounts receivable & payables, among others.
- We require a diligent, ego, and aggressive financial specialist with similar work experience in this situation.
- Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, non-bank financial institutions, and insurance companies, and exchange papers and data with others.
- Maintain relationships with team members such as other departments, business units, and other internal stakeholders, as well as share papers and information with them.
- Help in planning and participating in the monitoring of the budget’s execution.
- Assist with cash management, payroll management, debts and account payable control, and other related tasks.
- Keep track of the group’s assets, liabilities, and ownership through documentation.
- Keep track of the group’s important people’s bank activities, investments, credit cards, directorship status, and so on.
