Jobs Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all colleagues and clients while managing a significant client portfolio of insurance clients (life and general).
- Lead inspection teams on particular assignments to guarantee that audit/advisory work is conducted properly and in compliance with participation standards.
- Supervise teams to ensure engagements are completed effectively.
- Team members are managed, motivated, and coached, and feedback is provided through frequent contact and timely evaluation.
- Take a lead role in delivering on advisory activities, particularly for MFRS/IFRS 17 advising initiatives, both locally and in ASEAN.
- a specialized certification in the field (e.g. ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, MICPA or equivalent)
- Expertise inside the insurance companies, either as a member of an insurance institution or as a technical services provider
- Insurance bookkeeping and/or associated advisory engagements experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication, guiding and influencing abilities, team leadership, and management Experience in producing high-quality work packages (proposals, reports, and presentations) Approach with a high level of motivation and a demonstrated capacity to work independently in a challenging work environment.
- Performing individually as well as actively interacting with others to participate to a high-performing team atmosphere is something you’ll like.
- Being enthusiastic about areas of knowledge, controlling your own growth as a good example by learning from the past and searching out possibilities for development
- Applicants with past MFRS/IFRS 17 experience will have a benefit, but it is not a must.
