Jobs Responsibility:
- Handle the Brokerage House’s accounting activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Keep an updated book of accounts in accordance with accounting standards, rules, and regulations.
- Preparing income reports and presenting to managers on a daily, quarterly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyzes results, monitors variations, identifies patterns, and makes recommendations to leadership to enhance financial position.
- Using technology to record the transaction.
- Ensuring effective coordination with independent auditors, as well as responding to auditing inquiries
- Keep an updated chart of accounts, comprising correct computerized data input and paper system files.
- Reviewing the monthly project to understand, which includes things like account balances, receivables reconciliation, and payables reconciliation, among other things.
- Managing all loan accounts and liaising with banks and non-bank financial institutions
- On a daily basis, prepare and check vouchers, bills, and reconcile bank statements.
- DSE monthly report preparation and maintenance.
- Expertise in back-office technology
- Any additional duties that may be allocated from time to time take effect.
